As time went on, and Cabro was no longer partnered with the provider we were using, the relationship and level of service with the provider that we were accustomed had disappeared.  It did not take much time to realize that it was Cabro, and not the provider that was providing us with superior customer service and responsiveness.  I contacted Cabro and switched our services to their new provider so we could retain the level of service we preferred.  Since switching, we have not looked back, and continue to rely on Cabro to support us in the services they have partnered with.

Last year, on the advice of Cabro, we moved hosted audio conferencing services from our long standing provider, over to ACT.  We could not be happier. Initially it was a tough decision; we had been with our former provider for many years. They were a known variable, and were for the most part fairly reliable and of reasonable quality but I trusted in my contact at Cabro enough to take the leap of faith, and I am glad I did.

The service from ACT conferencing has been nothing short of Stellar. The audio quality superior, the feature set greater, easier to use, and the responsiveness to inquiries or concerns immediate. All this, and at a per minute cost that was better than we had before. Our former conferencing provider has tried a few times to woo us back, and even with some decent incentives, there is simply no reason to move away from ACT."
